Lone Star Radiator Company Inc. was founded in 1977 by Melvin Bippert, who had a diverse background in the industrial service sector. Starting solely as a repair facility, the company now provides a full compliment of new replacement products to meet the needs of automotive garages, do-it-yourselfers, collision repair shops, and industrial customers throughout south central Texas. Lone Star Radiator Company moved into its current location in 1985 after experiencing tremendous growth. In 1999, a large warehouse was built on site to house an ever-expanding inventory. We are proud to be the first radiator shop in south Texas to implement a closed-loop waste-water treatment system. Lone Star Radiator Company is a member of the National Automotive Radiator Service Association, Texas Independent Automotive Association, and Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. We are a lifetime member of the International Heat Transfer Association. We pride ourselves in having the ability to work on any type of cooling system.
